Once you recharge, subscribe or use the paid function, you are deemed to have known and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to refunds for paid services such as recharge, subscription, purchase of membership services, purchase of virtual props or content completed by users in this application through Apple App Store, Google Play, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other payment channels.

2. Important Notice

  • Once all recharges, subscriptions and virtual goods are purchased, no refund without reason is supported unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise specified in this Agreement.
  • Virtual goods (including but not limited to membership rights, gold coins, movie tickets, points, props, etc.) are instant and consumable. Once purchased, they are deemed to be used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Subscription services can be managed and cancelled by themselves on the subscription platform (such as App Store, Google Play). The platform will stop deducting fees in the next billing cycle, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

3. The following situations support refund applications

  • Duplicate or abnormal deductions, which are verified to be system problems or not actively operated by users.
  • Payment is successful but the corresponding service is not successfully issued, which is verified to be true.
  • Situations that should support refunds as stipulated by laws and regulations.
  • Subscription purchases within the statutory "cooling-off period" (only applicable to some regions, such as consumers in the European Union, in accordance with local laws).

4. Refund application process

  • Users can apply for a refund through the "Contact Customer Service" channel in this application or send an email to: support@rdrama.vip.
  • Provide order number, payment voucher, refund reason and other information.
  • The platform will process and feedback the review results within 3-7 working days after receiving the application.
  • The refund will be returned to the payment account by the original route, and the specific arrival time shall be subject to the payment channel rules.

5. Special Notes

  • If a user is found to have malicious refund behavior (such as frequent refunds, false reasons, using refunds for profit, etc.), the platform has the right to limit or terminate the account usage rights and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
  • If a user uses unofficial channels to recharge, subscribe, or illegally obtain services through cracking, order brushing, etc., the platform does not bear any responsibility and does not support refunds.

6. Agreement Changes

This platform has the right to revise this agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, operational needs, etc., and notify users in advance by announcement or pop-up window. If users continue to use this service, they will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

This Refund Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
